Rao Koda

Rao Koda has a diverse range of work experience in IT recruitment. Rao started their career as a Junior IT Recruiter at Paradigm Infotech Inc in 2011, where they provided IT talent for full-time positions. In 2012, they joined Saransh as an IT Recruiter, where they utilized their client-centric Global Intranet Model to provide end-to-end IT services and solutions to global companies. The following year, they worked as a Senior IT Recruiter at an undisclosed company, focusing on APAC recruitment in Malaysia and Singapore. Rao recruited consultants of various types and posted job requirements on various job portals. Most recently, since 2018, they have been working as a Senior IT Recruiter at Idexcel.

Rao Koda completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing and Finance from Andhra University. This educational achievement was accomplished between the years 2009 and 2011.
