Richard Carlos has extensive work experience in the field of IT recruitment. Richard started their career as a Senior Sales Executive at Maruti Suzuki India Limited in 2012. In 2013, they transitioned into IT recruitment and worked as a Senior IT Recruiter at NCG, Inc. until 2016. During this time, they were responsible for identifying, screening, and qualifying candidates for IT positions. From 2016 to 2018, Richard worked as an IT Technical Lead at Plato BPM Services and as a Senior IT Lead Recruiter at J & J Staffing Resources. In these roles, they handled full life cycle recruitment, sourced candidates through various channels, and conducted background checks. In 2018, Richard joined Skolix as a Lead IT Recruiter, where they developed recruitment strategies, implemented new recruiting techniques, and utilized social media and career fairs to attract high-quality candidates. Later in 2018, they joined Idexcel as a Senior IT Recruiter.
Richard Carlos obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. Richard completed their studies at the university from 2009 to 2011.
