Akhil's extensive experience at Verizon includes positions such as Head of Consumer Operational Technology and Sr. Manager of Engineering & Quality Assurance, where leadership spanned technology transformation and quality assurance for FiOS services. Academic achievements include an MBA and a Master's in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, along with certifications in project management and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Binghamton University. Akhil is also an Advisory Board Member for the Customer Experience Program at Seton Hall University.
