Anne E. Hardcastle

Anne E. Hardcastle currently serves as the Global Head of Regional Compliance and leads the Global Trade/Anti-Bribery & Corruption Center of Excellence at IDEXX, a position held since 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Compliance Leader for Anti-Corruption at Kimberly-Clark, Consulting Anti-Corruption Counsel at PPG Industries, and Consulting Ethics & Compliance Counsel at The Coca-Cola Company. Anne E. Hardcastle also worked as an Associate at DLA Piper LLP (US) and Latham & Watkins LLP. Early in the career, Anne held the position of Executive Director at Make A Better Place. Educational accomplishments include a Doctor of Law (JD, magna cum laude) from American University Washington College of Law, a Master's in International Affairs from American University School of International Service, and a BA in Art History from Emory University.
