Brian Dries

Brian Dries is an HR executive with extensive experience in human resources management and operational excellence, currently serving as the Sr Director, HRBP Global Reference Labs, IT, and Medical Consulting at IDEXX since November 2014. Brian has provided HR business partner support to the Executive Vice President of a major commercial line of business and oversees a global workforce of over 4,400 employees, focusing on strategic consulting in various HR matters. Previous roles at IDEXX include Manager of HRIS and People Service Delivery and Senior Director of HR Operational Excellence, where Brian led a global team managing the employee lifecycle for over 9,000 workers.
