Chelsea Boyd

Chelsea Boyd is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in manufacturing and distribution. Currently serving as the Senior Operations Manager for Manufacturing Support at IDEXX since January 2019, Chelsea leads a team of 60 employees across three locations, overseeing the value stream of raw materials from receipt and storage to line-side delivery and bulk distribution. Prior experience includes roles such as Distribution Center Manager and Operations Manager at LGC Maine Standards from January 2015 to January 2019, and Manufacturing Chemist and Lean Coordinator at Maine Standards Company, LLC from August 2011 to January 2015. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Maine, obtained between 2007 and 2011.
