Karen Leclerc

Karen Leclerc, MBA, is an experienced professional in the biotechnology and life sciences sectors, currently serving as a Senior Manager - SQE at IDEXX since April 2020. Prior to this role, Karen held the position of Supervisor at Abbott from November 2011 to April 2020, overseeing technology transfer for protein production and purification, and ensuring compliance with FDA and OSHA regulations within a cGMP facility. Karen's earlier experience includes serving as a Research Scientist at ImmuCell Corporation from 2007 to 2011, where expertise in tissue culture, virus propagation, and protein optimization was developed. Additionally, Karen served as a Staff Sergeant in the Maine Air National Guard from January 2001 to January 2007, honing problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
