Achintya Bhattacharyya

Achintya Bhattacharyya is an accomplished product manager with extensive experience in the banking and technology sectors. At IDFC FIRST Bank since June 2020, Achintya has successfully led the development of innovative loyalty products, including the pan bank loyalty platform and the FIRST Rewards program, achieving significant growth in card spends and customer engagement. Previously, Achintya worked at YES BANK, where efforts included the creation of a microservices-based customer 360 application. Early career experiences include roles at Zynga, focusing on user engagement campaigns, and a summer internship at CDAC, Kolkata. Achintya holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a BE in Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering from Jadavpur University.
