Aman Madnawat

Aman Madnawat is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager for Digital Lending at IDFC FIRST Bank since August 2022, Aman focuses on developing a cloud-based limits management platform to optimize unsecured customer exposure. Prior experience includes a role as Product Manager at ICICI Bank, where strategic contributions involved manpower planning and threshold matrix creation for the frontline business team. Aman's background also includes a management internship at Blinkit, where a model for private label introduction was formulated, and engineering roles at Bhagwati Controls & Automation and Thermax, where efficiency improvements and performance enhancements were achieved. Aman holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management Anand and a Bachelor of Technology in Power Engineering from the National Power Training Institute.
