Dinesh Dhanuka

Dinesh Dhanuka has over 16 years of extensive experience in strategy, technical support, and customer service within leading organizations. Currently serving as Head of Strategies and Initiatives at IDFC FIRST Bank since November 2017, Dhanuka previously held the position of Vice President of Strategy in Collections at the same institution. Prior to that, a tenure at Vodafone India Limited as Senior Manager in CS-IT and Automations was noted. Dhanuka's career also includes roles at Zycus Infotech Pvt Ltd and Hewlett-Packard, where leadership in technical support and project management was demonstrated. Dhanuka’s foundational experience began at Stream Global Services, providing technical support for Fortune 500 clients, and earlier roles included support in the telecommunications sector with AT&T Wireless. Dhanuka holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mumbai University and has pursued education at Arena Animation Academy.
