Manmeet Singh Oberai

Manmeet Singh Oberai currently serves as the Site Head Cross Sell at IDFC FIRST Bank since November 2022. Prior to this role, Manmeet was the Vice President of Contact Center and CRM at Naaptol Online Shopping Pvt. Ltd from September 2016 to November 2022, overseeing 1500+ FTEs and managing a large volume of inbound and outbound calls. Between November 2014 and August 2016, Manmeet held the position of Director at Amey Global Business Solutions Private Limited, where an entrepreneurial venture was launched, building a technology and data center capable of supporting over 1000 seats across India. Earlier experience includes serving as Associate Vice President at Effort BPO Ltd from September 2012 to October 2014, playing a crucial role in the organization's growth from 10 to over 1500 seats, and starting as General Manager at Effort BPO Ltd from June 2011 to August 2012. Manmeet holds a Bachelor's degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from Mumbai University, completed from 1999 to 2001.
