Monica Saini is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data architecture and engineering within the banking and financial services sector. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at IDFC FIRST Bank, Monica previously held the role of Assistant Manager at KPMG India, focusing on data architecture for BFSI clients. Prior to that, Monica worked at Axis Bank, where responsibilities included managing a team in the retail asset area and developing data infrastructure solutions as both Manager and Deputy Manager. Earlier career experience includes a significant tenure at Accenture as an Application Development Senior Analyst, where expertise in data mapping and transformation was cultivated. Monica holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Data Science from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering.
