Mrinal M Mohan

Mrinal M Mohan is an experienced professional in the field of digital transformation and human resources with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Head of Digital Transformation - HR at IDFC FIRST Bank since July 2015, Mrinal has held multiple leadership roles including Lead Digital Transformation - HR and Director - Culture & Capability. Prior to this, Mrinal worked at Axis Bank as Deputy Vice President - Learning & OD, and at HSBC in various capacities, including Vice President and Associate Vice President in Corporate Banking Training and Relationship Management. Early career roles at ICICI Bank Ltd. and HDFC Bank include positions focused on credit risk analysis and relationship management. Mrinal holds a Chartered Accountancy degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce from Govt. College for Men, Chandigarh, along with a qualification in Organizational Development from the Centre for Social and Organisational Leadership at TISS.
