Muskaan Siwach

Muskaan Siwach is a Product Manager at IDFC FIRST Bank, with experience in leadership roles and research analysis. Previously serving as President and Junior Member of the Social Responsibility Forum at SBM, NMIMS Mumbai, Muskaan organized various events and coordinated with NGOs and corporations for project execution. A summer intern at Avendus, Muskaan conducted primary research across HR and Defence sectors, prepared a pitch deck for a live deal, and analyzed the talent acquisition landscape. As a Representative of the Student Council at NMIMS, Muskaan facilitated communication between students and the administration while managing student activities. Muskaan holds an MBA from NMIMS and a BA in Economics, Mathematics, and Public Administration from GGDSD College, Panjab University.
