Pragati Shukla

Pragati Shukla is a seasoned professional in analytics with extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the Head of Retail Loans & Collections Analytics at IDFC FIRST Bank since June 2016, where roles evolved from Senior Vice President to Assistant Vice President and Senior Manager. Prior experience includes a managerial position at TransUnion and a Senior Manager role in analytics at People Interactive. Pragati began a career in analytics at American Express, holding positions from Business Analyst to Assistant Manager, and also gained initial experience as an intern at PwC. Pragati holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
