Sonila Deshpande

Sonila Deshpande, GPHR, has a robust background in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Head of Talent Management & Culture at IDFC FIRST Bank. Sonila has previously held significant roles, including Global Head of Total Rewards at UPL and Head of HR for Europe at SLK. Additionally, Sonila worked at Wipro Limited as Global HR Lead for PES Sales & US, as well as Senior HR Manager, and began a career in human resources at Infosys as Lead for Compensation & Benefits. Sonila holds an MBA in Human Resources from Alliance Business Academy and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Fergusson College.
