Swati Shroff

Swati Shroff has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently leading digital transformation initiatives at IDFC FIRST Bank since September 2021. Prior to this role, Swati held various positions at RBL Bank from October 2016 to September 2021, where key projects included the launch of High Value Mobilisers and the strategy for Retail Current Account Customers. Additionally, at RBL Bank, the entire Corporate Salary Product was established, encompassing product launches and process digitization while collaborating with Corporate and Institutional Banking clients. From September 2014 to September 2016, Swati managed the Retail Liabilities Portfolio at Axis Bank, focusing on resources and customer mapping strategies. Earlier experience includes serving as a Portfolio Manager for Retail Liabilities at ICICI Bank from August 2008 to August 2014, where Swati developed models for portfolio growth. Swati Shroff holds an MBA in Finance from MCT's Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Mithibai College of Arts.
