Tanmay Jain

Tanmay Jain is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Head HR Business Partner at IDFC FIRST Bank since June 2020, Tanmay manages HR business partnering for several business units, including Retail Risk and Customer Experience.
