Xiaohui (Hugh) Cao currently serves as a Partner at IDG Capital, with a focus on advanced manufacturing investments and notable involvement as a Board Observer for Chery Automobile. Previously, Xiaohui was a Managing Partner at Fosun Private Equity, where responsibilities included leading initiatives in automation and energy sectors. Prior roles include CEO of SIASUN Robot Investment Co.,Ltd, and Director of the System Design Department at the China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology, where contributions included the development of reusable launch vehicles and participation in national policy formulation. Xiaohui completed a PhD candidate in Computational Mathematics at the University of Bristol and holds a BEng in Aerospace Engineering from Beihang University.
