Robbert van Kampen

Robbert Van Kampen currently serves as the Country Manager at IDG Security since October 2022. Prior to this role, Robbert operated as a Senior Security Risk Consultant for various security providers, including Pinkerton and Gardaworld, from September 2019 to October 2022, specializing in security risk assessments and business continuity planning. Robbert held the position of Director of Asian Operations at Fortem Genus, Inc. from August 2013 to October 2022 and has experience in operations management with UNOPS and various leadership roles within local councils. Previous positions also include Chief Executive Officer at 123 Global AustralAsia, Deputy Force Commander for the United Nations Mission in East Timor, and General Manager for charitable organizations. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the University of Southern Queensland, a Diploma in Leadership and Management from the United States Command and General Staff College, and a BA in Politics from the Royal Military College.
