Courtney Aquilina

Courtney Aquilina is a seasoned expert in user experience and design, currently serving as VP of User Experience and Design at IDG since September 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Director of User Experience at Foundation Medicine, where Courtney built and led a 15-person UX team focused on user-centric design in precision cancer care, and at CVS Health, leading a team of 58 UX professionals at Aetna Health. Courtney has also held director positions at Imprivata and Dynatrace, managing teams engaged in healthcare solutions and technology performance management, respectively. Earlier career highlights include serving as VP of Product Management at Newforma, where Courtney directed a successful cloud migration project, and as User Experience Manager at Nokia, leading the integration of Microsoft applications on mobile platforms. Courtney holds a BFA in Industrial Design and a minor in Psychology from Rochester Institute of Technology.
