Nick Trollope

Nick Trollope is a seasoned board advisor and investor with 25 years of experience across the Recruitment & Staffing, Security, and Software industries, focusing on business start-up, strategy, growth, and exit strategies. Early in their career, they served as a Senior Consultant and Team Leader at Matchtech, followed by a role as Main Board Director at Resource Group, where they achieved significant revenue growth. As a co-founder of Procius Limited, Nick established the UK's largest aviation pre-employment security screening business and played a pivotal role in its acquisition by a major UK PLC. Currently, they serve as a Non-Executive Board Advisor for 3R and remain a co-founder and board member of both Aeroprofessional Limited and IDGateway Limited, where they provide strategic guidance on various corporate matters. Nick holds a BEng (Hons) in Aeronautics & Astronautics from the University of Southampton.
