Felia Palsenberg

Felia Palsenberg has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Felia began their career as a Student Stagiaire at Damste in 2011 and also held a similar role at AT Osborne in 2012. Felia then worked as a Legal Consultant at AT Osborne from October 2012 to June 2014. Following this, they joined Hermans & Schuttevaer Notarissen N.V. as a Kandidaat-notaris from June 2014 to April 2015. In April 2015, Felia joined IDH - The Sustainable Trade Initiative as a Legal Counsel and held this position until January 2019. Felia then became the General Counsel & Operations Manager at IDH from January 2019 to February 2021. Subsequently, they served as Chief of Staff & General Counsel at IDH from February 2021 to June 2022, and currently holds the role of Global operations director at the same company starting from June 2022.

Felia Palsenberg holds a Master's degree in Notarieel recht from Utrecht University, which they completed from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Privaat- en notarieel recht from the same university, completing it from 2006 to 2011. In 2010, Felia also briefly studied at Stellenbosch University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree, but the field of study is unspecified. Additionally, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from 5ST3PS in 2019.
