Brian Harms

Brian Harms is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in supply chain finance and cost accounting. Currently serving as Senior Finance Director at Balchem Corporation, Brian plays a pivotal role in the Supply Chain Leadership Team and collaborates closely with the Chief Supply Chain Officer. Previously, Brian held significant positions at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals and Johnson & Johnson, managing large budgets and financial operations across various regions. In addition to corporate roles, Brian has owned and operated a real estate investment firm since 2004 and also contributed to academia as an adjunct instructor at New Jersey Institute of Technology. Brian holds an MBA in Finance from Seton Hall University and a BBA in Finance from James Madison University.
