Indra Persaud

Indra Persaud has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Their most recent position was as a Sr Analyst at IDHASOFT, where they provided support for various clients and a major 3PL company. In this role, they troubleshooted and resolved production issues, as well as installed and configured WMS for new warehouses.

Prior to IDHASOFT, Indra worked at Kordsa, Inc. as a Senior Analyst. During their time there, they developed test plans, test strategy, and test cases. They also estimated, designed, programmed, tested, and implemented custom software, including custom programming to reduce finished goods inventory. They utilized embedded SQL and AS400 RPGIV, ILE, SQL, NGS IQQUERY, EXCEL, TURNOVER, JWALK, Seagull legasuite GUI, and EDI.

Indra also worked at Manhattan Associates as a Senior Analyst from 2002 to 2004, at Lend Lease as a Senior Analyst from 1999 to 2001, at Equifax Risk Management as a Senior Analyst/Programmer from 1996 to 1999, at Servantis Systems, Inc. as a Senior Analyst/Programmer from 1995 to 1996, and at Keane, Inc. as a Senior Analyst from 1990 to 1995. At Equifax Risk Management, they were responsible for maintenance and enhancements of collections applications using RPG and the development of a web-based litigation application.

Throughout their career, Indra has gained expertise in RPG programming, SQL, WMS installation and configuration, test planning and implementation, and custom software development.

Indra Persaud attended Shorter University from 1993 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration. Their field of study during this time was focused on Business Administration. Afterward, they pursued further education at Northern Virginia Community College, where the start and end years are not specified. They earned an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Computer Science. Lastly, Indra Persaud also completed the APICS - CPIM program, obtaining a CPIM certification, although the field of study for this program is not specified.
