Claire Taylor has extensive experience in client services and account management. Claire started their career in 2000 at DTW, where they worked as an Account Executive, specializing in the education sector. Claire then joined Chapman Stewart as an Account Executive, where their responsibilities included new business development and print buying. In 2002, they moved to Durham Associates Ltd as a Marketing Coordinator, responsible for marketing web-related products and managing recruitment drives. From 2004 to 2010, Claire worked at Pearsons, managing a portfolio of clients and providing creative and digital employer communications solutions. During their time at Pearsons, they also served as an Operations Manager, overseeing the administration team. In 2010, they joined NetConstruct Ltd as an Account Manager, eventually working their way up to become a Client Services Director, responsible for strategic consultancy, project management, and client satisfaction. Claire Taylor currently holds the position of Client Services Director for NetConstruct, PinPoint, Statement, and Conesso within the IDHL Group.
Claire Taylor graduated with a 2:1 BA(Hons) degree in Business Management from Newcastle University between 1997 and 2000. Prior to that, they attended Prior Pursglove College from 1995 to 1997 for their A Levels. Claire completed their secondary education at Laurence Jackson School between 1990 and 1995, where they obtained their GCSEs. In terms of additional certifications, Claire obtained the MemberWise Recognised Supplier certification from The MemberWise Network (The UK's Largest Membership Professional Network) in 2023.
