Jeanne McDowell

Jeanne McDowell has extensive experience in account management and customer support. Currently serving as an Account Manager at IDI Billing Solutions since January 2007, Jeanne has cultivated skills in client relations and account management strategies. Prior to this role, Jeanne was the Manager of Customer Support Systems at First Cellular of Southern Illinois/Alltel from April 1993 to January 2007, where responsibilities included overseeing customer service operations. Jeanne pursued higher education at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, between 2004 and 2006.
