Jen Perena is a seasoned learning and training professional with extensive experience in technical support and instructional roles. Currently serving as a Senior Learning Specialist at IDI Billing Solutions since 2008, Jen provides remote training for CostGuard to external customers. Previous roles include Software Support Specialist at IDI, where Jen delivered Tier-1 technical support and coordinated software installations. Jen has also contributed to the artistic community as an Artist in Residence at Flower City Arts Center and as a Youth Photography Instructor, developing and teaching photography curricula for young students. Prior experience spans various training and management roles in organizations like Mindex Technologies, Nortel Networks, and CDI Corporation. Jen holds a BA in Communication from the University of Dayton.
