Mark Rissberger

Mark Rissberger has extensive work experience in the software industry. Mark started their career at Xelus in 1996, where they worked as a Software Developer for nearly a decade. In 2005, they joined IDI Billing Solutions as a Software Engineer and quickly moved up the ranks, becoming the Manager of CostGuard Solutions Development and later the Solution Architect. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Customer Engineering at IDI Billing Solutions.

Mark Rissberger attended the Rochester Institute of Technology from 1993 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
