Rachel Robbins

Rachel Robbins has extensive experience in human resources spanning over fifteen years. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at IDI Billing Solutions since October 2021, Rachel previously held the position of Human Resources Director for four senior living communities at Watermark Retirement Communities from December 2019 to October 2021. Prior to that role, Rachel worked as a Human Resources Generalist II at East House Corporation from September 2007 to December 2019, managing all human resources functions for a non-profit human service organization. Early in the career, Rachel gained foundational experience as a Human Resources Development Intern at Southco Inc. Rachel holds an M.S. in Human Resource Development from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a B.A. in American Studies from SUNY Geneseo.
