Matt Breaux, CFA, currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer and EVP for the East Region at IDI Logistics, overseeing development, acquisition, disposition, asset management, and leasing activities since March 2021. Prior to this, Matt Breaux was with Black Creek Group for 14 years, where roles included Senior Vice President and Market Officer for the Southeast, executing over 60 industrial real estate transactions and managing operations across the region. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at Hibernia Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed managing venture capital and mezzanine debt funds, and a senior debt portfolio at Hibernia National Bank, complemented by a strong foundation in credit analysis. Matt Breaux holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Rhodes College.
