Shawn Warren serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at IDI Logistics since November 2013, managing all financial operations, including finance, accounting, treasury, tax, and IT. Previously, Shawn held the roles of Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Finance at Verde Realty from October 2011 to October 2013, overseeing financial reporting for a private REIT. Prior experience includes over a decade at Deloitte, progressing from staff to senior manager in real estate services, where responsibilities included managing significant client engagements, coordinating audit and consulting services, and training professionals. Academically, Shawn holds an MBA from the University of Georgia, a Real Estate Certificate from the University of Wyoming, and an Honors BBA in Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University.
