Jaume Roquet Cirera

Jaume Roquet Cirera is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in supply chain management and operational excellence. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at Idilia Foods since June 2019, Jaume oversees all aspects of the supply chain, including purchasing, production, manufacturing engineering, packaging, and distribution. Prior to this role, Jaume held the position of Site Director for Romania and Global Lean Director at Delphi Technologies, managing a workforce of over 3,300 employees. Jaume's career at Delphi spanned nearly two decades, where significant contributions were made as Global Lean Director in the Powertrain Division, Plant Manager, and in various operational roles across multiple plants. Jaume holds an MBA from Esade and a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
