Mikka Francesca Hipol

Mikka Francesca Hipol is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and social innovation. Currently serving as a Manager at IDinsight since December 2021 and an Obama Leader (Asia Pacific) with the Obama Foundation since December 2019, Mikka has a robust background in social sector strategy and research, previously holding roles such as Research Assistant at the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative and Social Sector Strategist at Thinking Machines Data Science. Mikka was Chief of Staff and Head of the City Information Office for the City Government of San Fernando, La Union, from July 2016 to October 2019 and also directed communications for the Hermenegildo Gualberto Mayoral Campaign. A co-founder of Ritmo Learning Lab, Mikka has held various teaching and consulting positions. Academically, Mikka holds a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University.
