Tasnim Ferdouse is a seasoned professional with a strong background in human resources and training and development. Currently serving as a Senior Officer at IDLC Finance Limited since June 2022, Tasnim has previously held roles at Confidence Group as both an HR Executive in Training & Development and a Human Resources Generalist from October 2019 to June 2022.
