Maggie Phillips has held a variety of roles in the past few years. In 2020, they were the Office Manager at Missouri Caldwell County Extension, where they were responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision, and task delegation. In 2021, they were the Pool Manager at the Hamilton Municipal Pool. Currently, they are the Residential Assistant at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and will be taking on the role of Director of Operations at Idle Smart in 2022.
