James Lees

James Lees is currently working as a Practice Lead and Lead Consultant at Idlewild Partners since November 2018. Prior to that, James worked as a Senior Project Lead at Yurgosky, an analytics and technology development company focused on nonprofit, higher education, and social enterprise clients. James has experience in managing multiple projects, leading project teams, and implementing Salesforce solutions. James also has a background in financial modeling, investment banking, and advisory roles. James holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Bristol.
