Federica Mereo

Federica Mereo is a Human Resources Specialist at IDLO - International Development Law Organization, with experience in various HR roles since January 2017, including positions in learning and development, operations, and consulting. Prior to the current role, Federica served as a Seconded National Expert / HR Specialist at the European Medicines Agency from October 2022 to October 2023. Federica's experience also includes an internship at FAO in the Forest Governance and Economics Team and multiple roles at John Cabot University, including as a Student Assistant and Orientation Leader. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in European Studies from Luiss Guido Carli University and multiple certificates from Cornell University in Recruiting, HR Analytics, and Human Resources Management.
