Giulia Mastrofrancesco

Giulia Mastrofrancesco currently holds the position of Manager, Organizational Development and Learning at the International Development Law Organization (IDLO) since January 2022, after previously serving in various HR roles within the organization. Prior to IDLO, Giulia Mastrofrancesco worked at the Jesuit Refugee Service from January 2017 to December 2021, where responsibilities included International HR Director and roles focused on institutional strengthening. Earlier career experiences include HR Reform Consultant at IDLO, Business Control Young Professional at the European Food Safety Authority, and work in the Recruitment Unit at the International Fund for Agricultural Development. Giulia Mastrofrancesco earned a Master's degree in European Economy and Business Law and has an additional background in business administration through the MBS School of Business and the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
