Oleksandr C.

Oleksandr C. is currently serving as a National IT Specialist at the International Development Law Organization (IDLO) since August 2023. Prior to this role, Oleksandr held the positions of Head and Deputy Head of the IT Department at the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine from October 2021 to August 2023, focusing on IT within the judiciary. From February 2016 to October 2021, Oleksandr was the Head of the IT Department at the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine. Oleksandr’s experience also includes a significant tenure at Ukrzaliznytsa, where roles included Head of the Telecom Division, Deputy Chief of the Telecom Department, and Leading Engineer of the Telecom Department, emphasizing strategy, project management, and technical planning. Oleksandr holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Public Law from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, an MBA in Business Administration and Management from City Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Kyiv Institute of Economics and Transport Technologies.
