Dana McCormick

Dana McCormick, MBA, SPHR, currently serves as the Chief People Officer at IDMWORKS since April 2024. Previously, McCormick held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Simeio from January 2022 to January 2024, where responsibilities included developing and executing human resource strategies aligned with global business objectives. Prior roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Walden Security, Vice President of Human Resources & Administration at iMedX, and Director of People Services at The Krystal Company. McCormick's experience in human resources began at Ryder System, Inc. in various roles, culminating in significant positions focused on compliance and talent management. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Leadership Development from Brenau University and a BA in Communications from Reinhardt University, complemented by an Associate's Degree in Pre-Education from Reinhardt University.
