Vidya Nikule

Vidya Nikule has worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at IDMWORKS since November 2021. Prior to that, they held the same position at VISA-ECOM Multiservices Limited from January 2021 to October 2021. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting senior and regular level positions from India, such as Java developers, DevOps, QA, and Front End professionals. Vidya also had experience in employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, document verification, employee engagement, and exit formalities. Before joining VISA-ECOM Multiservices Limited, they worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Renacle Cycling Private Limited from January 2018 to October 2020. In this role, they were in charge of hiring and conducting induction programs for new employees, educating employees on company policies, and monitoring employee progress reviews and assessments.

Vidya Nikule started their education with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA) from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University in Aurangabad in the year 2013. Vidya then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA) from the same university, starting in 2015. Currently, their education path continues with a Diploma in Human Resource from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) in Navi Mumbai, which they started in 2019.
