Giovanni Mendoza

Giovanni Mendoza is an experienced software engineer currently serving as an ADAS Software Engineer at FICOSA, focusing on vehicle surround view systems and the integration of deep learning algorithms. At IDNEO, Giovanni also holds a software engineer position. Previous roles include 5G user plane software development and Scrum Master responsibilities at Ericsson, as well as consulting software engineering for Volvo Cars, enhancing software integration and continuous deployment for electric drive propulsion systems. Giovanni possesses substantial experience in embedded software engineering from positions at Vitesco Technologies and Continental, where responsibilities included Autosar driver development for powertrain engine systems. Early career experience includes firmware development for Intel Corporation, specializing in BIOS/UEFI for server microprocessors, along with an internship in software automation. Giovanni holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics from Tecnológico de Monterrey and is pursuing a Master's degree in Computational Engineering and Mathematics at Universitat Rovira i Virgili.
