Carol Perez

Carol Perez has been working in a variety of roles since 2002. Carol began their career as a Service Counselor II at American Automobile Association (AAA) in 2002. In 2008, they moved to Countrywide Plc as a Loan Administrator. Carol then joined JPMorgan Chase in 2009 as an Operations Specialist III and was promoted to Quality Control Analyst in 2011. In 2016, they became the Owner of Front Door Delivery. Most recently, they have been a Senior Technical Support Associate at iDonate since 2020.

Carol Perez has a background in Accounting. Carol obtained an Associate's degree in Accounting from Broward College in 2004-2005. Carol then attended the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas from 2011-2014. Most recently, they obtained an Associate's degree in Accounting from Collin College in 2018-2020. Carol also has two additional certifications, the PCI 4.0 First Look from LinkedIn obtained in July 2022, and the Learning Secure Payments and PCI from LinkedIn obtained in June 2022.
