Christopher Kohl

Christopher Kohl has a diverse work experience spanning over several pharmaceutical companies and research institutions. Christopher most recently worked at Idorsia Pharmaceuticals Ltd as the Vice President and Head of Non-clinical Pharmacokinetics and Drug Metabolism. Prior to that, they held positions at Actelion, Pfizer, Nycomed Pharma, and the Medical Research Council. Christopher also had research roles at Aston University and Goethe-Universität Frankfurt a. Main. Christopher has expertise in PK & Metabolism, PK-PD leadership, and in vitro metabolism.

Christopher Kohl earned their Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) from Goethe University Frankfurt from 1979 to 1984. Christopher went on to pursue a Master of Science (MSc) in Pharmaceutical Medicine at Universität Witten/Herdecke between 1997 and 1999. Later, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the Institute for Pharmaceutical Chemistry at Frankfurt University starting in 1991. Additionally, they became a Registered Pharmacist upon completion of their studies at Goethe University Frankfurt in 1985.
