Alexander Reife has over 20 years of experience in financial and contractual management. Alexander began their career in 1993 as a Member of the Board of Directors at the Baltic University of Ecology, Politics and Law, where they provided guidance on strategic development and oversaw the efficiency and quality of services. In 1999, they joined the Academy for Educational Development as a Senior Contracts Administrator, where they were responsible for the cradle-to-grave financial and contractual administration of a portfolio of multi-million dollar contracts. In 2002, they became the Director of Contracts at Nathan Associates Inc., where they managed a portfolio of international projects in trade and investment reform, economic efficiency, and public and private sector competitiveness. In 2011, they became an Independent Consultant as a Risk and Compliance Expert and the President & CEO of Educational Development Solutions Group LLC, a Washington, DC-based international consulting company. Finally, in 2014, they co-founded Digital CFO, a successful business that helps companies manage accounting and financial reporting.
Alexander Reife obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Pre-med from Georgetown University between 1994 and 1998. Alexander then went on to receive a Master's degree in International Relations from The George Washington University between 2000 and 2002. From 2006 to 2009, they received an MS in Marketing from Saint Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics. Finally, they obtained their Master's degree in Public Policy and Administration - International Development from The George Washington University between 2006 and 2010.
