Nanditha Nagaswamy

Nanditha Nagaswamy has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Nanditha began their career as a Manager of HR at Zoniac India Private Ltd in 2003, where they worked for two years. Nanditha then joined TeamLease Services P Ltd as a Career Consultant in 2005. In 2006, they became a Team Leader Mid Market Practice at Jawood Business Process, where they gained experience in staffing and providing technical and non-technical candidates to clients. Nanditha joined IDP Education Ltd in 2009 as an HR Manager for Hotcourses and held this role until 2017. Nanditha then served as the Head of Px-iHub at IDP Education Ltd from 2017 to 2021. Currently, Nanditha holds the position of Director Px, Digital Campus at IDP Education India Services LLP.

Nanditha Nagaswamy obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Madras in the time period of 1998 to 2001.
