Sarah Naderi

Sarah Naderi is a seasoned professional in client success management across the APAC region, currently serving as Client Success Manager at IDP Education Ltd since September 2025. Prior to this role, Sarah held a similar position at The Ambassador Platform, managing client success strategies for a diverse client portfolio throughout major APAC markets. Sarah's extensive experience includes roles at City St George’s, University of London as a Student Success/Quality Officer, and various positions at Imperial College London, including Supporter Engagement and Admissions Officer. Sarah began a career at New York University, where responsibilities ranged from Finance and Operations Manager to Program Assistant, contributing significantly to the university's Sydney branch. Additionally, Sarah has participated in international diplomacy programs and held teaching roles, complementing a robust academic background with a Master’s in International Relations and a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Linguistics from UNSW.
