Tracey Horton

Tracey Horton is an experienced Non Executive Director with a strong background in governance across diverse industries. Currently, Tracey holds positions at Bhagwan Marine, Imdex Limited, IDP Education Ltd, The GPT Group, and Campus Living Villages. Previous roles include Acting President at the Takeovers Panel and Chair of the Australian Industry Skills Committee. Tracey also served as Deputy Chair at the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has held a commission with Tourism Western Australia. Educational credentials include an MBA from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) from The University of Western Australia, complemented by an International Baccalaureate from Pearson College UWC.
