Toby Hayward

Toby Hayward has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Toby began their career in 1984 as a Corporate Finance Assistant Director at Lloyds Banking Group. Toby then spent two years as a Corporate Finance Director at Singer & Friedlander Asset Management LLP before moving to Bermele PLC in April 2019.

In January 2000, Toby Hayward joined Canaccord Genuity- Global Capital Markets as a Director. Toby then spent four years as Managing Director and Head of Corporate Broking at Jefferies from January 2005 to December 2008. Toby Hayward was then appointed Chairman and Non Executive Director at Severfield plc in January 2008, a position they held for six years until December 2014.

In January 2009, Toby Hayward joined Afren as Interim CEO and Non Executive Director. Toby remained with the company until December 2015. Toby Hayward has been a Non-Executive Director at Sirius Petroleum Plc since January 2016.
